Welcome to my personal website. I'm Seth, a graduate with a B.S. in Physics from Central Washington University (CWU), with research in acoustics, specifically within musical instruments, signal processing, and response analysis. I'm an avid supporter of science education, working as a teaching assistant in various undergraduate classes in physics, and have earned a Certificate of Science Dissemination at CWU. I also advocate for learning in general, and spend a lot of time thinking about many topics in philosophy, sociology, and whatever I find important to know. You may also find me at ballroom and country dance competitions as a member of Texas Ballroom, as well as on the floor of various social dance halls. The purpose of this website is to allow others a glimpse into my professional and personal progress and views.

I am currently enrolled in the PhD program in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin, working on acoustics research at the Applied Research Laboratories. My current research topic is characterizing the acoustic response of unexploded underwater ordnance (UXO).
